all things change

How quickly things change.

Early there was frost

These flowers bowed their heads

In the cold

The sun came up

They lifted their faces

I came out t capture it

And the sun pulled me onto the deck

to do my morning practice outside

First time this year

My new supplements are helping

The nerve pain in my back from yesterday has gone.

For now.

So much to thaw
