Seasonal Ceremony will be:
a warm and intentional entry into the next season. Deep nourishment, for the body and soul.
You will be guided into grounding, intentions, and a beautiful journey through sound and poetic words. You will be guided to access the gifts and power of this season to usher you into the next.
I offer this work because I love it and I need it. I believe we all do.
We are in great need of coming into right relationship; with ourselves and each other -with love and compassion, and with this Earth- with our respect and reverence.
When we come together in a ceremonial way we are contributing to the re-harminization of the Song of the Universe, and the True Rhythm of the World.
I believe that everything here on this earth and in this universe is one note in that song. As we harmonize ourselves and our actions we contribute to the re-harmonization of all things!
Join me as we step into a deep and joyful celebration of the coming lighter days!
Ceremony provides a space where we can show up with our whole self; with grief, joy confusion, overwhelm…Together we can lay down our burdens for a time and offer ourselves to the mystery.
Our Celebration Flow
We have now entered fully into the dark season, and I'm sure some of you are feeling the need to shed some of the heaviness and challenges of the past year, as well as call in your vision for the year to come.
I’m excited to offer this event after pulling together threads of beautiful ceremony for the past many years. Join me as we step into a deep and joyful celebration of the coming lighter days!
The ceremony will include:
Moving slowly into embodiment
Big release dance
Sound healing
Guided meditation
Ritual remembering
And nourishing snacks at the end.
Throughout the event you will be invited to deepen into your connection with self and the energy of winter. I always leave space for what wants to emerge as we listen deeply to the season and the moment.
Participating in ritual and ceremony is not just about self-care, it’s also about community care and land care, which honours the very real and present non-human beings of the place we live.

Please plan to bring comfortable layered clothing, a yoga mat, a little pillow, a journal, pen, and a water bottle.
Please eat lunch before you come but don’t arrive too full. Nourishing snacks will be provided later in the day.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Jessie
Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), folk medicine practitioner, ceremonialist, and your devoted guide for radical liberation.
Through embodiment practices, ritual and resonance, I help people craft their inspired life.
My intention is simply to share the things that have helped me along this path.
I trust in your becoming. From forgetting to fulfillment, from dismay to delight, together we can walk you back to your radiance.
I am here for that work.
