Therapy should be in service of joy. I am dedicated to this. It doesn’t mean that we avoid the hard stuff; people who work with me know that we won’t bypass what is difficult just to find what feels good.
But, I do believe that the hard territory we move through can be a pilgrimage to inner landscapes of embodiment and belonging, contentment and joy.
